Many thanks to Vince Huebert for the lead on this FC-170 Street Sweeper picture. This unit was produced by Mobil Sweeper Company. The model is called "Mobil 1." The sweeper unit is powered is powered by a stand alone Willys 4-cylinder power plant. The vehicle is front wheel drive only as the rear axle had to be removed for installation of the rear broom.
