My, my, my, look how far you have come? I really like the black and yellow combination, just how John Sr. had envisioned it. What happened to all that green?
Well there it is and it looks pretty darn nice if I say so myself! And look, just the right amount of air flow with the custom garnish molding / window regulator!
Compact, yet comfortable, The Lafian “Power Hoe!”
The “Elusive” stock pin-hole door panels, arm rest, and handles look great!
The extended boom provides ample digging range.
An incredibly straightforward design in an extremely capable unit.
The cab cover really turned out nice. The factory couldn’t have done better.
Here’s where John Lafian’s idea really shined. Despite a little blind spot from the right hand side this baby could travel down any road under its own power with no problems at all.
This view shows a little right side view obstruction, but it really isn’t that bad.
The driver’s side view shows it better. Definitely something that can be worked around.
How many mobile back hoes have this kind of low center of gravity?
What a very compact, easy to maneuver design the Power Hoe is. To give you an idea how compact this truck is that is a 63” rear track width!
Non-slip rubber was added to all the “step areas” on the rear deck of the truck and the pedestal where your feet go.
That is the perfect spot for the spare tire and there’s easy access for hydraulic oil filter changes.
